The Oregon City County Management Association is hosting the Northwest Regional Managers Conference (NWRMC) in Seaside, Oregon from March 26 through March 29, 2024.
Seaside is a popular coastal destination and offers fun for the whole family! The conference will begin with a welcome reception on Tuesday afternoon and conclude by noon on Friday. It will include educational programming, local tours, onsite and offsite dinners/networking events, and new ways to connect with peers from Oregon, Washington and Alaska.
What's Included
The registration fee includes all sessions, tours, meals, and receptions for registered attendees.
A Note About Registration Types:
Member Registration
This rate is a benefit of your current OCCMA, WCMA, and AMMA membership.
Non-Member Registration
If you are not an OCCMA, WCMA, or AMMA member but work for a government agency you should choose this option.
Student/Retired Manager Registration
Please select this option for students currently enrolled in university but who are not working for a city. Your name badge will reflect your school name as your organization, and your title will be listed as a student. If you are a student currently working for a city and wish for your badge to reflect as such, please register using the member or non-member rate. If you are a retired manager in Oregon, Washington, or Alaska please use this registration option.
Complimentary Registration (Includes OR/WA/AK Senior Advisors, Lifetime Members, and Managers in Transition)
Oregon/Washington/Alaska Senior Advisors, ICMA official representatives, qualifying Managers-in-Transition, and Lifetime members are invited to use this complimentary registration option. If you are not sure if you qualify, please reach out to [email protected] to confirm.
Scholarship Recipient Registration
Please use this option only if you have been notified that you were awarded a scholarship for the 2024 Northwest Regional Managers Conference. If you are not sure if you qualify, please reach out to [email protected] to confirm.
Registration and Cancellation Information:
Registration Dates & Late Fees
Conference registration will be open between Wednesday, January 31, and Monday, March 20. However, a $50 late fee for registrations received after March 20 will apply. Those wishing to register after March 20 will need to do so on-site with an additional $50 fee.
Cancellations
Cancellations requested within three weeks of the event after March 5 at 5:00 pm are not eligible for refunds; however, if the cancellation is due to a bereavement, unforeseen medical issue, transportation failure, or an event of force majeure, then staff, in consultation with the OCCMA President, may grant refunds after the deadline. Cancellations are not accepted by phone and must be made in writing to [email protected].
