Paid Leave Oregon 101

Paid Leave Oregon is a new state program that will provide up to 12 weeks of paid time off per for employees in qualifying circumstances, beginning in September 2023.  Payroll tax collections for covered employees and employees will begin sooner, in January 2023.  With all these changes, LOC and CIS are pleased offer this free virtual session leading you through what you need to know today about this brand-new program.  

This session will be particularly relevant for City administrators/managers, HR staff, finance staff, and supervisors.
